From the moment I sat in her chair I felt confident I was in the right hands. She achieved the exact color I wanted in just one visit and the result is absolutely perfect. Arzu is very knowledgeable and experienced. During my color service she explained every step and made sure I understood the whole process. She was very attentive and took great care of my hair. At other salons they usually just do highlights and toner, but Arzu did several additional treatments to achieve the best result and didn’t even charge me for some of them. She truly knows what she is doing and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional stylist.

I came to Milana Hair Salon for the first time for a haircut, and she did an amazing job! Now I came back for a facial, and it was absolutely wonderful! I had been going to Hand & Stone for the past two months, but it was such a terrible place — they never really cleaned my skin. They just put on a lot of cream and sent me out, and I even started getting pimples. But I’m lucky I found Arzu! She uses the best quality products, does excellent work, and offers very reasonable prices. Most importantly, she listens to you and understands exactly what your skin needs, then uses the best technique accordingly. I’m so glad I met you! From now on, I’m only coming here!
