Nail West

11/7 update: much better experience today! This is my sister’s preferred salon so we popped in this afternoon and they fit us in immediately. Both mine and her nails are so pretty and speaking for myself, the gel manicure was incredibly well done. Thank you guys! Went in for a gel mani/pedi. Selected a nail color that had the cat eye effect and said I wanted the effect on my fingers, but not my toes. Okay, no problem. Pedicure was great, but the manicure is terrible (see photos). Half of my nails are missing the full coverage of the polish, three of them are jagged and I had to fix them myself when I got home. One had polish spilling over the edge of the nail so bad I know it’s going to chip within a day or two. One nail was smushed while wet and she told me to cure it anyway, so that one

First time coming here I was a walk in was greeted and seated immediately they were just opening and not busy. I showed Mia what I wanted and she made it happen. I love my nails I love how she was patient with me as well I was up in the air about color. Will be returning. Mia is very talented

Mia and John are simply amazing! They are patient and kind and do excellent designs! John did my daughter's designs today - exactly like she wanted 😁

Cannot share enough good things about this place. Was exclusively going to a nail tech for the past 5+ years, she’s on vacation so I decided to go here. Didn’t have any standards at all because I’ve been to countless nail salons before finding my tech and all were just awful or mediocre at BEST. But let me tell you, John is absolutely incredible at what he does. Everybody in there is extremely skilled. My nails came out perfect. And the younger guy that did my pedicure did an incredible job too. So professional and clean, definitely recommending this place to everyone I know. 10/10!!!

I called earlier in the day to make an appointment and they ended up taking me pretty last minute. The front desk agent was very kind and set me right up. When I got there, they saw me really quickly. I have never gotten my nails done so beautifully and so QUICKLY! It usually takes hours to do what Mia got done in less than one hour. I had Mia and she was so sweet and did an incredible job. There are a lot of regulars who come here. I saw pictures online and knew this was the place to go. I recently moved and needed to find a new nail salon. So thankful I decided to come here.
