Nail Trix Winston-Salem

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Not sure who the man is but older gentleman with glasses, I tried multiple times to bring several issues to his attention like the nails being crocked, some being super thick, some being skinny, all the left over acrylic underneath the nail and on the sides of my fingers that literally has the acrylic and nail stuck to each other, the underneath of the nail being rough and looking crazy. He kept saying he would do it the way I wanted but then only halfway fix the issue. He literally drilled my cuticles raw then told me I needed to get a manicure to take care of it. Absolutely horrible service. When I was standing at the counter getting ready to pay I showed him the left over polish underneath my nails that he just left when I asked him to take it off

WORST PLACE; I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!! This was my first and last time coming to this place. Bill; the “artist” who did my nails, first lacked to give me the correct shape of my nails. Then when I asked about the design I previously showed him he said he didn’t know how to do it after previously saying he could. He got a temper with me because I changed my mind of what I wanted due to his lack of skills. When I asked could he just take it off he tried to charge me extra. I only visited due to a last resort but will never come back. I paid 41 for nails with no design.

Helen is soo amazing she polite has great southern hospitality she has done my nails for 13yrs and I choose her every time she is the best one there I love you Helen may God bless you and your family forever ❤️ 💖 💕 😇

Helen did a great job on my nails and I will too again and I love them and she took her time and did exactly what I wanted and she was absolutely amazing and with the art work and she took her time doing my nails …..💅

I would recommend this place to anybody looking for manicures, pedicures, lashes, or brows. I literally travel the half hour from there next city over to get mine done. Great service, great people, great work!!!
