NAIL TRIX

I’ve gone here a couple times. I always feel like this place is 50/50. There’s times I walked out and loved my nails but there’s days where it was poorly done. Especially when the male employee does my nails, he always makes my nails look chunky and when he does them, they typically peel after a day or two or they chip because of how thick they are. I come here because it’s a really nice salon but the quality is not always the best. Their prices aren’t too bad but for the quality, it’s not worth it. I brought my sister in law here and when she got her nails done it was nothing like she wanted and when she tried to explain to the lady how to do it she replied with “you think I can’t understand English.” Which she obviously can not since the nails did not come out how she wanted it. I have been going to this place for a couple months and just have to say it has been amazing! They are so detail oriented and really care about their customers and them being happy with the finished product. I have had multiple technicians but Joe and Annie are my favorite though they all do a wonderful job :)

first time getting any type of extensions done. I was not impressed, the lady who did my nails was evidently sick and looked like she didn’t want to be there. i was also cut numerous times by the drill because she was busy looking at the tv. she got chunks of the gel on my skin and under the nails itself that i had to peel off when i got home. my two thumb nail portions are completely uneven and from a side view they are bumpy and just ugly. not worth my time or my $75

I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years, I have no problem with paying for a service what ever price it is ! This nail salon though is a complete joke, they are extremely rude and do terrible work ! They have all my nails different lengths and when I told them I didn't like the set the continued to tell me that's what I asked for when I didn't ! Then proceed to add on prices when I ask them to fix their mistake! That's not the worst part though, when I ask them to stop because I don't like the service and ask to pay half the bill the owner decided to call me broke and accuse me of trying to just come in for free nails .. but I offered to pay before they stop ! DO NOT GO HERE !! Terrible customer service !!

Drove 2 hours to do my nails . Arrived 45 minutes before close. One lady said no she's going home! The other lady said I'll do. I asked her not to buff my nail down I said it twice because one nail is thin already.. she declined me service and said you don't trust me. I don't know who you are. Come back another time , it's not about the 2 hours you drove! I will never go to this nail salon ever again and their should be no dogs running up to me when i walk in like that dog that did !I will continue to shop at j.c penny's and go to the treading shop for brows!
