Nail Trix

I went in and got a full set of acrylics with gel. They felt sticky upon going home and I checked them out and upon looking one of them was totally uncured and the top layer ended up peeling off and several other fingers were squishy and sticky. I went back in the next morning and kindly asked for them to repaint them all because I have very sensitive skin and could not risk them all being uncured and getting contact dermatitis and was immediately met with an attitude that they were absolutely fine and I only needed the one that peeled fixed. I tried to nicely explain the dangers of uncured gel and said I would even be fine with just a solid color instead of the 10 finger designs I had paid for the day prior. She then refused because she had an appointment I said thats totally fine anyone

Nail trix is a place in the mall to get your nails done. My mom had gone to nail trix once a month until the day she was dead. I have nothing bad to say. Only good stuff. Come on down and get the best nail service in town

I am bummed. I asked for pink and white. What I've always asked for at every place I've ever gone. They acted like they never heard of it before. The male nail tech asked the other male nail tech to do it. He didn't seem like he wanted to do it and told me he wasn't sure if he could? He seemed angry and was not friendly. He put the white on first then scraped off the extra with that metal tool, toward my skin! Instead of putting the pink powder on first and then pulling the extra off away from my nail. Not towards my skin. 😞 Then he sanded my skin down. I told him it hurt. He said it happens cause I have thin cuticles. That's because you sanded them off... They look weird to me and crooked. I just don't think this is okay. This is clearly way passed my cuticle... do they just not care? Are

Ive been going here for years they treat me so kind with respect do a great job on my toes and nails. lily is amazing and her daughter Judy she is the best for a pedicure. Helen is the owner she is very welcoming. If you don't like something they fix it. I wouldn't go any where else

I asked for a natural pink and I got exactly what I wanted! Great experience. They have a TON of color choices and styles. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many options. No wait time, plenty of chairs and staff. Great place to walk in. I’ll be back for sure.
