Nail Time

I showed two simple nail designs—just dark tips and a couple stars—and asked for whichever was easier and cheaper. I asked for coffin shape, but my nails came out crooked. The man took forever, so I thought he was being precise, but now I don’t think that’s the case. The young woman who finished was sweet, but her trainer kept yelling at her the whole time. I was so uncomfortable because it was nonstop and what do I say or do in that circumstance? 😂The salon itself was dirty—nail dust everywhere, I just stared at the place in disgust as I was getting my nails done. (Probably should’ve just left). I didn’t notice until the end that some of my nails had a big lump from uneven polish, and not putting the acrylic gel on properly. Not even 24 hours after getting gel polish this happened. I called they said to come back. T She was nasty to me. She was treating me like a child. Told me that she would fix them this time, however next time she wouldn't do so. My current nails were rushed and have bubbles.

This place was absolutely terrible. Horrific service, no personal hospitality delivered to their customers, and over priced, quickly done services. I asked for clear gel, and he painted my literal fingers so that my nails were stuck to my fingers. The pedicures were awful. He painted off my nails, shook his head and was miserable. I should have asked for a refund. Mind you it was $63 when it looked absolutely terrible. Should have been $5.

My daughter and I got gel mani/pedis and this place is FILTHY. If they have health standards to meet, they’d fail miserably. Michelle did a good job on my nails and she’s friendly. Her husband cut corners on my daughter’s mani/pedi. No top coat on her toes! Her nails looked sloppy and were completely chipped by day 2. Every single one. $150+tip…we will not be back.

I paid $40 for dip nails. They turned out see through and when I asked if they needed fixed the nail tech said they were fine. They were also very rough, every one of my cuticles was bleeding when I left.
