Lauren is very approachable and sincere in the style in which she operates her business and interacts with her clients. Highly recommend her 100%. I hope that she decides to update her clippers soon, though. So noisy that I couldn't hear our conversation over them! And right next to my ears as well. Very unpleasant.

Lauren is an amazing barber and a super friendly person. She goes above and beyond for her customers. She took pictures for me of my sons first hair cut, and a certificate with a lock of hair. I have been here several dozens of times through the years. She has always did a great job and great with kids. I do not get my hair cut here anymore, but it's nothing Lauren did. My son and I get our hair cut at the same time, so we need a walk in or if there is a wait something to keep him busy (mall has rides). Having a set time doesn't work right now for us, but when he's older and can wait longer periods of time we will be back I would recommend Lauren's, you won't go wrong, it's a busy place. TLDR; Lauren is great, go here. Cash only! Just passing through the area and it’s that time for a haircut. Google maps showed some chains in the area that I’ve gotten mediocre haircuts at before so I figured I should go where the locals go. Do yourself a favor and have Lauren cut your hair! She gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had, fixing my mop of an undercut with a smooth fade and great layering on top with scissor work, finished with a razor shave for the neckline. All for $12 (cash only. There’s a Sheetz close with an ATM). AND she was willing to stay just a little after close to make sure I liked what I saw. On top of it all she’s very personable easy to chat with. If I’m able to pass through DuBois again, I will for sure pop in again.

I usually go to Penny's for my hair cut but they charge almost $30, decided to go here and I absolutely love my hair cut!

Due to relocation, I had to find a new barber with hours that would fit my schedule. After doing a search for barbers in the area (note BARBERS, not beauticians or stylists), Lauren's Barber Shop popped up as an option. Simply put, it was a great experience, and she certainly knows how to cut men's hair. AND, she's a licensed barber, which among other things means she is certified to use a razor (a major plus in my book). I'll definitely be going back!
