Nail Tekz

I really try not to be this person but my experience here was absolutely insane. I have added photos of my nails just after leaving the salon, and every single one of my fingers were cut open, some worse than others, from the nail drill. The man that did my nails had no regard for the fact that he was drilling my skin, as opposed to my fingernail, and was overall very rough. He repeatedly swatted at the finger he was working on and would impatiently tell me to relax, which is hard to do with a sharp drill cutting you open. He seemed rather irritated with the fact that I was so uncomfortable and reacting the way I was, and didn’t even offer to drop the price or anything despite all of my fingers bleeding. I normally go to PAK nails but they were booked the day I wanted to go. Me and my niece made an appointment to here for 2 acrylic nail sets. As soon as we walked in one of the younger lady workers caught an attitude with me when she thought I had picked an out of stock color, I told her I never said that number and it completely went in one ear and out the other, and continued saying it was out of stock. Then told my niece to sit down with an ugly look on her face. The older male is the one who did my nails. He was very unprofessional and asking inappropriate questions, my age, my bf, etc. he then started doing my nails and nicked my pinky with the drill, even burning my nail beds because he left it in the same place for too long. When I would flinch or move he would smack my hand and say

Nail tech got my skin multiple times and asked me not to pull away from him. Nail design I wanted he couldn’t do and instead offered a flower which I was okay with… I think my nails looked rushed and I won’t be going back.

Cost over 60$ for my daughter to get her nails and toes done but not even the whole nail was painted. Was shocked to hear the price after that service.

They were quick to get me in and did an amazing job! polite, professional, and took their time to ensure my nails look good!
