KIKI IS THE BEST !!!!! I always have such a great experience at my nail salon! The staff is friendly, professional, and really pays attention to detail. The space is clean and relaxing, and my nails always turn out beautiful and last a long time. I leave feeling pampered and happy every time. Highly recommend!

Worst customer service I came upon opening for a pedicure. When I got home I saw the big toe wasn’t polished all the way. I went back for them to correct they told me I should have called and have to wait. I’m not calling for an appt when I just left and they didn’t fully polish my toe. I couldn’t see it in their lighting. Stay away. After they fix I won’t be returning they lost a customer.

Very unprofessional service. I came for a manicure and they refused to serve me because I previously complained about poor quality work and requested a refund. A salon should respect customers and handle situations professionally. I will not return and do not recommend. Thank you for your response. However, I did not receive a full refund — I only received $20. Also, I find it unprofessional and disrespectful that I was repeatedly told to go to another salon “across the street.” I will choose for myself where I want to go. A good salon would never speak to a customer this way. I am simply sharing my honest experience.

I absolutely love Nail Station! The salon is so beautiful inside clean, modern, and relaxing. Every single employee is so kind and welcoming, and they always make me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. Their work is amazing my nails come out perfect every single time! I actually drive all the way from New Jersey just to get my nails done here because no other place compares. Nail Station is truly worth the trip! 💅✨

I have been going here for years using Aileen as a nail tech and the experience is always perfect. Aileen is amazing and ALWAYS booked up so i book well in advance however, when something comes up last minute- Will and Aileen always do their best to accommodate, squeeze me in or move me around or call right away if theres a cancellation. I really appreciate their accommodation because I know how busy Aileen is. My nails always come out great and last me 3-4 weeks with gel builder and I get compliments up until the last day. Prices are so reasonable- i am extremely satisfied with my experiences here :)
