NAIL SPA

I never really write reviews, but today I went here because I was in the area. I wanted to get my nails and toes done, for a vacation. I hardly ever get them done. I’ve been to other places where they do better job and are much nicer. Also, I don’t spend nearly as much as this place charged me. The more I look at my nails and toes the more I regret my decision. Not near to what I wanted in the pictures I showed. I just wanted to get out of there soon. Felt so uncomfortable because I felt like the nail technician, originally, was refusing to do my nails. When she did, it felt rushed. Did not even clean my cuticles. My toes not even close to the picture and was charged a ridiculous amount for them. Never again will I go here.

specifically this women horrible service did no before nail prep, no base coat, no cuticle cut and so the bottom of nails look a hot mess with polish all over them. argued with me that the size of my nails were the same when the other thumb was bigger, none of her equipment was well sanitized awful experience. needs to be fired, do better with hiring people, don't have a picture of her face just look out for the one with the bad skin bleach job.

This place is wonderful. I had the best experience and the place it self was great. It didn't have that acetone and nail polish smell when u first walk in. The staff here was very kind and they worked very fast. My nails came out perfect and looked exactly like the picture. Honestly cannot thank them enough. The place was very clean and staff made sure I was very comfortable. Their prices are very affordable and honestly their amazing. 100% coming back!!

Overall, I really liked how my nails came out. I got the UV Gel so it’s costed about $74 Bucks. It took about an hour and thirty minutes to complete which wasn’t too bad. I just needed something to feel great and they came out good for the most part. Wish there were more charms to choose from both other than that I love my nails!

I was very disappointed with my experience. There was no cuticle prep, and I did not observe proper sanitation or sterilization of tools between clients, which is a serious hygiene concern. The service itself felt rushed and rough, and I was made to feel like a bother rather than a paying customer. Given the inflated pricing, the quality of the nails was mediocre at best. I wish I had checked the Google reviews before booking.
