Nail Spa Excel

I got eyebrow waxing, a luxury pedicure and "Stiletto" Acrylics. The two female technicians who did my eyebrows and feet service were great, but the results could have been just a bit better. However the male technician, David, is the reason i won't be returning. Not only was his attitude off putting, his work is mediocre if not horrible. The stilettos i received that look more like dragon claws rather than fierce points and the design i got are just not it for the price i paid. Not only is the application bulky and uneven, the ending result is messy and at one point i had to ask him to correct a mistake or he would ignore it instead of being patient. I understand the hard work that goes into acrylics but its for that exact reason why it should be done by someone who actually knows what t

Came here Friday before Christmas weekend prepared for a really long wait time. It was my first time, I only waited 30 min! Not bad at all for Christmas weekend. David was nice. He was gentle and took his time with all the prepping/ shaping. I did not feel rushed which I appreciate. My nails came out exactly how I wanted! I will be back.

Ok, My wife asked me to accompany her to the nail salon, so I tagged along. I liked how it looked inside, and it seemed like they had excellent ventilation because I didn't get overwhelmed by the chemicals in the nail polish. I asked my wife what she liked. “I liked the Service with the eyebrows. And I like the service for the pedicure and full set of nails.” What about the value of it? The deal is excellent and the customer service is great and the people are professional.” You heard it from a super user. #LetGo!

They over charged me for services . They lady acted like she was doing extra plucking in order to get the hair off the lip completely but charged for it. To me if I’m paying for you to wax my lip. If it requires you to pluck because the wax is cheap and isn’t picking up all the hair that should not cost extra. I don’t recommend this place. Good service should not cost extra on top of the cost of the service.
