Nail Spa

This is going to be a lengthy paragraph, but it is necessary. I would like to start this off by saying that I absolutely love Amy and Ken who work here. There is another gentleman who I have had who is great too, but I am unsure of his name. I am unsure of the name of the woman I had today as well. I have gone to this place since I was in high school. I am now 23 years old. I have never once had an experience like this there and I am not usually the one to complain. Not only was my toe cut, but it bled the entire time I was there and the whole way home. It is so bad to the point where it bled through my sock. Horrible service I asked for tips and she kept giving me French tips so I said can I get extensions and still did not get them and they cut me when removing my cuticles.they kept make rude comments on my friends nail saying “you have no nails but she does “ and made her in secure about her nails. The guy who did my friends nails did not use the right tool you know the drill he used the end that goes in the whole to change the attach ment and used the on her poco dots on her nails would never recommend

I was seated right away for a full acrylic set with French tips. The man was very nice and did exactly what I wanted!! Very happy!!

Went the other day to get a set of colored tip Acrylics. They jad a few people in there and the wait wasn't too long. But my first color choice there wasnt enough to use, second choice was the same finally chose one they had enough of. First they didnt want to stick to my nails with the glue. Then while he was cutting them they kept breaking into pieces. I asked if I should pick another set and he said No. I should have just left then. But I let him continue to do my nails thinking I was just having bad luck. When he was prepping my nails with the Dremel he caught the cuticle on 4 fingers and they bled. He laughed when that happened..my nails on my left hand were longer than the right along with the acrylic being thicker on the left and not evenly filed. Its very thin on the right. He didn
