All I know is, never again!! I went in for a fIll in with gel polish on Saturday 1/31/26. The next day after my shower I realized the pinky nail polish had already chipped off. I went back for a repair that same day 2/1/26 and was told to come back in an hour. That was violation #1. Then this morning, which is Tuesday 2/3/26, after my shower I noticed 3 other nails have chipped polish. I've never experienced anything like this, in 32+ years of getting my nails done anywhere. They usually last at least 2 weeks before the polish starts chipping. Like I stated before, NEVER AGAIN!!!

Love going to the very friendly, clean good service I love my nail tech. She does my nails well and I mean my nails I have no complaints with her or their business and I've been going for two years.

I wish I could give it a 0. I had a tech ‘Mary’ work on my nails on 4th Feb. The service was hurried and she barely explained what she was doing to me. She did not allow enough time for the gel to dry. It’s only four days in and I already look like this(see image). The second image shows how they looked on the same day the service was done- if you are keen you will see how the edges were left out

Terrible experience!!! I did my nail here like 2 weeks ago and came back for removal. She literally just used pliers to violently removed it! I told her it hurt so much and she didn’t stop! Violently removed my nails and broke my original nail. This is crazy. And after I told her she did this and broke my nail. She was like it is normal it’s okay. No it’s not okay. I would rate zero or negative if I could.

This place is trash!! A WASTE OF MONEY!! I went there on a Saturday to get a pedicure w/ gel polish the same evening the polish was bubbled up and chipping , I went back on Tuesday an hour after they opened and the offered to fix my toes. I decided because I was already there I would just get my nails done that was the worst decision I have ever made… Mimi is the lady who did my nails and she is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND MADE ME VERY UNCOMFORTABLE… She was arguing back and forth with another employee while doing my nails and being very rough. I told her multiple times my thumb nail and pointer nail was crooked and that I wanted them fixed and she reassured she would fix it , she only filed them down and made them look way worse. They look like they’ve been on for 3 weeks plus 3 have already
