Disappointing and Truly Unacceptable Customer Service After Changing Appointment I rarely write negative reviews, and I must confess that I am only writing this now, two years later, because the memory of this unprofessional encounter still bothers me. I was never treated this way by a service provider before, and reading other similar reviews finally gave me the courage to share my experience and add my voice to the warning. I had just moved to the area and was looking for a regular place to get my nails done. After a good first visit, I booked a second appointment for both a manicure and pedicure. Nail Spa 9 is the ABSOLUTE BEST for any nail services needed!! I've been going to this salon since they opened and I started off as just a client, then moved on to a friend and now I can honestly say I feel more like family than all now! Tammi and Bryan (the owners), are so down to Earth, wonderful people who worked so hard for their American dream and reading FAKE reviews, like the one "B Garcia" left below, just angers me. I did some investigating and this "B Garcia" thrives off of leaving bad reviews on Google with hopes to get free stuff from these companies she is potentially ruining and she is a total snake! Great experience! My daughter and I went with my 2 grandkids in tow, and they were wonderful! They take their time to give you a great set of nails! Our pedicure experience was also top notch!!! We are definitely going to return!!! Very personable and interactive!!!!

PSA! Never go to nail spa 9 in Yorkville. My nail chipped less than 2 weeks in. I called, asked if they could squeeze me in. The accommodate me which I thought was nice. Well I was sadly wrong. Last time I got my nails done the owner told me he guaranteed my nails for 2 weeks and I even told all my friends about it because I thought that was awesome. Well I walked in and he made me read a statement that said they don't guarantee anything. Fine okay maybe I miss understood. But he couldn't leave it at that he kept calling me a liar and telling me because I claimed he said this, he was now going to charge me $10.00 because I was a liar. Needless to say I walked out. No way would I give my business to someone like that ever again.
