Shockingly bad dip manicure. Instead of soaking or filing my old dip she ripped all of the old dip off causing my nails to become incredibly brittle and much shorter. The first nail was chipped before I even made it home. The entire set was chipped and falling off by day 6. I’ve been getting dip manicures for years and have never experienced anything like this. I was also uncomfortable with the use and reuse of tools across clients.

Usual place for years but getting bad and my manicurist from Tuesday charged me more than I have been charged. I said I liked my nails a bit shorter and they were trimmed to the point of pain even after I reacted. Also, my thumb nail just ripped while I was putting on a T-shirt??

My favorite nail salon in Manhattan. Quick, efficient, clean, and always do a great job. My last gel manicure lasted 4 weeks without chipping. Everyone here is lovely and I look forward to my visits!

Solid nail salon! I like this place and they are always able to get you in. Definitely some manicurists better than others but overall have had good experiences here

I've been twice now for gel manicures and both times have been a great experience. Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, clean environment. My manicure lasted three weeks without chipping and probably would have lasted longer if I hadn't had it removed (the picture was taken after three weeks).
