Nail Reflections

I made an appointment through Booksy and selected Ben after reading so many great reviews. I arrived about 15 minutes early and noticed he was busy, which was totally fine since I didn’t mind waiting. However, I was seated with another nail tech without being asked first, which initially annoyed me because I specifically booked with Ben. I decided not to complain and gave the other nail tech a chance and I’m glad I did. At first, I was a little unsure, but once my nails were finished and I really looked at them, I was blown away. They came out beautiful. I asked for almond shape, and at first they felt a bit too pointy for my taste, but I realized that was more about me not having almond nails in a while.. not about her work at all. I had an appointment scheduled with Lorena at 11:45. When I arrived, I was told she didn’t come to work that day — no call, no heads-up, nothing. A simple message in the morning would’ve given me the chance to make other plans, but instead, I was left hanging. Of course, I got the usual “someone else can take you” line. Against my better judgment, I stayed — and ended up paying $55 for nails that look like a child did them. (Photos were taken right after the appointment.) This isn’t my first time here, and every visit seemed to come with some issue — scheduling mix-ups, nails breaking early, etc. I kept giving them chances, but clearly, this was one too many. I tried this nail salon for the first time and I was impressed. Ben did an amazing job with the set and only took 1.5 hours to complete it. I already scheduled my next appointment ☺️. I gave this salon 4 stars because there was dust particles from the previous customer that wasn’t fully cleaned off from the chair or work station. I simply took a paper towel and did it myself. Otherwise, the service was great.

I love this place sm! Today was my first time going and i can’t complain. I believe it was cici who did my nails and wax and she did a wonderful job. My nails are so gorgeous and I feel so pretty after she waxed me. Thank you cici for doing an amazing job on my nails and wax I will definitely be coming back!

The service at Nail Reflections is fantastic and everyone there is super friendly! I get my nails done here all the time and every nail set I get looks amazingg. Cece is the one who does my nails and she can recreate a nail photo very easily!
