Was skeptical from reviews but bay Nicole ate down. 😍😍😍😍 i love my nails so much and she did an even better job with my feet omg. Must go here if you want those quality results. Definitely going back. Thank you Nicole.

Long story short: Body shaming AND nail damage in one go! Normally I don't write negative reviews, but my most recent experience with this salon was so unpleasant that I'm still thinking about it (and dealing with nail damage). I received two mineral gel manicures from Nail Pro (11/24 & 12/24). They looked great but I wanted to give my nails a break, so I made an appt for Feb 9, 2025. When I spoke to the man on the phone, I explained I wanted a mani pedi with a gel REMOVAL for my hands. I was going to get mani/pedi with regular polish. I repeated the gel removal issue on the phone as I know this requires extra time. I am a chronic nail biter trying to stop and wanted nice looking nails for a vacation. Someone suggested gel as a way to keep them looking nice throughout a longer trip since I'd been working on growing them out. I came in with no appointment as a walk-in. I'm blown away by the quality of the manicure I received for the price I paid. The service was incredible (Robin is absolutely amazing), and after nearly two weeks I have no chips in my nails despite several hikes, beach visits and other demanding activity. I'll definitely be back in the future!

My daughter got her nails done on 4/15/23 and it’s not even two weeks yet and one of her nails broke. I went back to this shop to see if they could fix it. The lady that did her nails said she didn’t have time today and didn’t suggest another day. Don’t waste your money nor time going here.

RACIST! Giving 5 stars so it doesn't get pushed to the back. A month ago i walked in on a busy Saturday and they said i needed an appointment, it was a man at the door, so i will assume it was ROBIN. I didn't think anything of it because i had never been before and didn't know their rules and it was a packed Saturday. I CALLED this morning asking if i needed an appointment or could I walk in whenever today. HANA answered the phone and said i could walk in whenever, after not knowing the exact time I'd be able to come.
