Nail Polish

I always receive a great gel manicure and regular pedicure at this establishment. I forgot to ask the name of the lady who did my manicure, but she was great nonetheless. Cathy did my pedicure and I loved it. I don't think the pics I posted do the job justice.

I walked in for my appointment in time 5PM 8-9-23. Two technicians made eye contact with me and turned away. I proceeded to pick my polish color and sat down. The longer I sat w/o being acknowledged, it was clear that the lack of customer service would have me to get up and walk out. I phoned the shop from the parking lot and in the first ring someone answers and offers to assist in the manager’s absence. My daughter goes here regularly. I wish she would not henceforth. I plan to tell others to avoid this business especially because other professional salons wit staff who have etiquette, are too numerous. You lost my business and I hope others will choose differently after reading this post. Respectfully, SH

I hate leaving negative post for a business, but this salon really needs work. Nailpolish has always been a hit and miss and I've always given it second chances. Especially when I'm short on time, it's been convenient because there's rarely ever a wait. Now I know why. I went in for a fill. Less then 24hrs later one of my nails broke off. When I called and explained what happened and that I was coming in I was not told I would be charged for a poor job done in the first place. I did nothing out of the ordinary or hit my nail on anything. It literally just flew off. As soon as I sat down the tech (Tina..not sure what he name is) asked what I did to break my nail. She did not take responsibility for her poor job and told me it was my problem not theirs. The cost wasn't my concern, it

I used to really like them. Yet, I noticed how they don't paint my nails all the way to the bed so that I can keep coming back faster. I will find a new place. Ladies are nice. Yet, I feel my nails should last longer than a week and a half.

I liked my nails. They were smooth and even. But one of my nails cracked after only 3 days!!! The other one chipped after 5 days. Surprisingly I hadn't done any kinda work with my hands either.This is so disappointing . Even if I got gel or regular mani it would stay longer! Never go to an unknown nail spa. I don't live in long beach otherwise I'd go there and get a refund or get this mess fixed. I paid 40 dollars for nothing... Unbelievable! I got my lesson.... never go to random nail salons. The lady was fast and the staff were so friendly and nice. They didn't have much variety of colors tho. I always have many choices in other nail salons, but they have limited colors for dip powder. They also don't have a massage chair for pedicure. I didn't get the pedi then... they didn't offer any
