I don’t give it less than 4 just bc I like Tony and Bobby and Jenny too. Also I like the guy with glasses who usually does my toes, he’s gentle and great foot massage. But in my life I will let the dominican lady Julia touch me. To start I asked for short almond shape nails and she gave me excuses why that style can’t be short (yes it can I look it up after to see if she was right) and on top of that the nails are borderline stiletto shape. Also each nail looks different some look like almond some look like almost stilettos and some are just crooked attempt of almond shape. But that’s not the worst part, when she first hurt 1 of my fingers on one hand I politely asked her if she could be more careful, she proceeded with making it seem like the cut was already there, I told her no and to pl

I just left, ( Nail Perfection N Spa) and I have never felt so dissatisfied, disappointed, and cheated by a service Terrible customer service, almost all employees with their cell phones watching novels and movies while "doing your nails." Today I claimed the service they gave me, and they ignored me. They told me that if I wanted to fix it, I had to pay more. I prefer to travel back to my old town to receive the treatment I deserve and quality work. These people do not know how to work or serve customers. US$ 40.00 😡😡

Decided to try this nail salon for a regular pedicure. I had a gentleman who was actually ok but did not speak a word of English and so everything was done with telling me what to do with his hands. In the interim the nail tech across was picking his nose -disgusting and the place was dirty and disheveled. Never would I go there again. Picking his nose took the cake. 🤢

As an avid nail enthusiast, I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received. I’ve always loved how the staff here does eyebrows, so choosing this salon for my nails seemed like a no-brainer. Unfortunately, my nails kept breaking within days—these photos were all taken within the same week of getting them done (day 1, day 2, and day 4). When I returned to have one nail fixed, I was told that unless I remembered who originally did them, I’d have to pay for the repair. That’s completely unacceptable. I waited 45 minutes while others were taken ahead of me, and no one offered an explanation or apology. I tried to give one more chance because I was close. This is what I got for French pedicure. They don’t have products to help dry the nail polish. The times I’ve been there I have left satisfied twice. The location It’s convenient for me that’s why I always come back but last time was the last one. The results is not good if not horrible, added to that is the horrible service, the guys are so rude from the youngest kid to the oldest. The look at you with this hate look. They keep talking in their language and laugh it’s so disrespectful. You ask questions and they don’t like it. If you want to claim they give you the worst attitude. I won’t throw in the garbage more money, I prefer to go to another place even if is more far.
