Nail Palace

⭐️⭐️I give a 2 star for staff being friendly & professional. Nearly every nail was discolored within 5 minutes after I left. I was simply driving back to work when I noticed - so, I didn’t use any lotions or add anything to my nails. I request a refund. Thank you. Update #1: ⭐️⭐️⭐️Another star added! I called and spoke to Jennifer. She let me know there is a 1 week warranty and invited me to come back to have them fixed. Although I have to shift my schedule to be there and it’s inconvenient, I will stop by. An update to come & if all turns out well, my review will be updated to 4 stars 🙂

This was the first nail salon I became a regular at, coming every month then 2 weeks for acrylics, fills and gel pedicures. I previously would have given 5 stars however this last experience and pricing is going to have me looking for a new spot. I was charged $115 (not including tip which I always do)$40 which was to remove acrylics, get a painful massage "manicure", did not file them or do cuticles(see photo), I had to do them myself the next day they were so bad. Steven is amazing at acrylics, very detail oriented and Lily, Mindy (doesnt work there anymore) Jocelyn, and a couple other girls were always great. Bella did my manicure this time, ouch. This might be my new favorite nail spot! It's very pricey, but you're paying for the experience. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. Total ended up being $124. Wow, ouch. I know! Story time - the 'Camila pastel candy' nail polish (I posted a picture of it) caught my eye when I walked in. So of course, me being me, always extra, doing the most , I wanted the pink bottom right color for Valentine's Day. Before they painted my nails, they said it would cost $10 extra. Best experience at a nail salon. Stopped by about 40min before closing and rather than rushing to squeeze in a couple more customers, they politely explained there wouldn't be enough time for a proper manicure. We returned a couple of days later, showed pictures of what my daughter wanted, asking if they could do it, the price & if we had enough time. Pricing was explained before starting on my daughter (base fee + design fee) while I waited for next available chair. I very much appreciate not being up sold to additional services. (I once took my 12-yr old to a salon and they decided to put on acrylics while I was sitting with my 3yr old!, then arguing with the manager that we did not request it) Overall, very happy with both our nails.
