The BEST! Van is my girl but I think almost every nail tech has done my nails at some point. I have been going to Nail Palace for over 10 years and have always had an exceptional experience every time. They are professional, talented and so welcoming. I feel like I’m visiting family whenever I walk in. 5 stars!!

I have been coming here for almost a decade. The salon may be a little outdated, but all nail technicians are super so I can confidently receive services from any one of them. Price is very fair. They also use a clean set of tools per each customer.

They always do an amazing job abs are so nice. All of them are pretty god but Van is the best especially at designs!! The prices are pretty good too! I’ve been going there since may and I am never disappointed! :))

The lady who did my nail was really nice, but her technique is really horrible. I got a tip glued and a little bit of acrylic on one broken nail but the tip did not cover the sides so it still hurts. The tips point upwards so its really obvious that it's not my real nail. When she puts on top gel, she purposely applies over my cuticles so she cleans them off with a brush. The problem is, the top gel did not wipe very well so my cuticles are very shiny because there is a very thin layer of top coat that wont peel off. And I have so much top gel under my nail, it is so uncomfortable. Even though the color was not opaque, she did not to apply three coats. And its uneven sheer which is really ugly. She cut my cuticles so roughly that i have cuts on the sides of my finger and the gel is lit

I usually have a great experience, but during my last visit, I had to switch nail technicians due to a last-minute appointment. Although I agreed to see someone new, I quickly realized that this technician was inexperienced and often asked others for help. As a result, each nail looked different, and my French manicure turned out sloppy and chunky. My pedicure was also uneven and poorly shaped. It’s frustrating to feel like I have to constantly monitor the quality of the work, especially since they seemed to take offense when I politely asked them to fix things I didn’t like. This experience was very disappointing, and I wish they had informed me that this technician wasn’t capable of doing the job properly, as it wasted a tremendous amount of my time.
