Nail page II

My mom and I came into Nail Page II today and were disappointed with our experience. During our time there, the cashier/likely manager was speaking very loudly and borderline aggressively, which was exacerbated by how close we were sitting to him. I understand there were many people and that it’s a stressful position, but it was very distracting and anxiety inducing. When we went to pay, there was a miscommunication with our gift card and cash tips— the gift card had a $10 tip, but the cashier took the total amount of the gift card including the tip and subtracted it from our total, and he said “the total value is __, so you owe __”. When dividing our cash tips and exchanging money with him (2 10s for a 20, 2 5s and 10 for a 20), we asked about the $10 tip, asking “oh what about the $10?”

I have been going to this place for numerous times and they never disappoint! Today my daughter got a more complex design for gel tips and they did a great job! Their overall service is amazing, and it is a very nice salon. I would especially recommend going here if you need a good pedicure or a properly prepped manicure! The Nail Lady was named Lynn.

I live locally and have been to this salon several times. Prior experiences were mostly fine but today was one of the worst experiences in any customer facing business I’ve ever experienced. I brought in my friend who was visiting from Europe. It was meant to be a treat for her. She asked for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. Her English was not entirely fluent and she was carefully explaining to the technicians how she wanted things done. I was there to help translate. The technicians were trying to help but the gentleman who was the owner or the manager came over to us when she was halfway her gel manicure and stated that we were too picky, taking up too much of their time and he’d return the money and asked us to leave. I told him we can’t have her leave with half her nails undone

They didn’t know how to do any Designs their gel acrylic is horrible I got my nails done a few days ago and it’s already chipping apart they don’t know how to do coffin shape, they gave me a weird square coffin shape I mean for the prices that they charge you would think they would at least make it look decent I’d rather stay in Wilton Tulips Nail Salon Wilton better than here and I had gift cards to this place so I had no choice to try it out and never again. Went back to give them another chance on my nail and the guy was rude, instead of gel that I asked for he gave me regular what charged me for gel this place is not only a scam but they were rip off. My nail tech was named Lee. I said I wanted blue tipped french nails with dip polish, but he thought I meant a blue base with white tips. It was an honest mistake. But when I corrected him after he had already started working on it, he got very angry and then started aggressively putting the pinkish clear polish over my old nails that he had not buffed out and fixed up properly because he had originally intended to put blue paint over them (that would cover the imperfections), and I could see white scuffs through the pinkish clear polish. Confused, I asked, "Will you still be able to see the white scuffs once it's done?" He said, "I guess..." Then I said, "well that doesn't look great, so maybe we can pick another color?" I picked red because he didn't seem to think he would be able to fix
