This was my first visit to EMA and I had IPL with Ashley. I will definitely be returning. IPL is my favorite laser treatment but I'd explore other treatments there based on my experience. Love everything about Element! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Ashley did my treatment today —she was professional, smart, and made sure I was completely comfortable during my laser treatment (which can cause slight discomfort) on my décolletage and hands to remove spots. She also explained the aftercare in depth to ensure I get the maximum benefit from the treatment.
