Customer Reviews
I was soooo excited to try this nail salon because of all the positive reviews I’ve seen online. I booked a first time client appointment manicure & from start of service to end was there for 3 hours and 45 minutes. I went in and asked if I could get a French and was told it wasn’t possible because my tech was a beginner (which was fine by me, the tech herself was very nice). My issue is with the length of time there and result of my nails. It is clear that this tech shouldn’t have been on her own yet (which I don’t believe to be her fault). Throughout the service my cuticles got nipped multiple times & I bled at least twice. All of my nails are uneven and both hands are different lengths. My cuticles have also never been so sore after a nail appointment. I know it’s easy to say I should’
absolutely love this place! I always get a Russian manicure here and the results are amazing. The staff is so attentive, detail-oriented, and truly takes their time to make sure everything looks perfect. My nails last up to 5 weeks without chipping, which is incredible. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality and care!
I went out to eat as soon as I was done with my nails and I got compliments on it from the waitress. My toes match 😊. I've had a pedicure here before too- it lasted me just over a month before it began to crack and I got compliments on it up until then. Russian mani/pedis are obsessively precise, clean and detail oriented. The procedure requires a higher level of skill and sanitation and also more time, hence the higher price point. But if precision, sanitation and skill are more important to you than fluff, it might be worth it and it DOES last you longer than most nail services (5 weeks vs 2 weeks).
There’s not many options in Orlando for Russian pedicure or manicure but they are ok. Sometimes I sense alittle micro aggression towards me.. Not sure where it’s coming from. I don’t know. I am polite to them. They don’t even offer me water but offer other guests beverages is one of the examples. I came in for a pedicure and a nail tech just said sit down, lol…. not hi I’ll be right with you or you can have a seat, just sit down lol.. Maybe there’s a language barrier or cultural difference but it comes off as potentially racist and or just rude because they’re so aggressive towards me and not their other customers. This is how I felt and I cannot change how I feel about something like this and it doesn’t feel good to be treated that way. I gave the benefit of the doubt with my first appoi
I had a very disappointing experience with this salon. I was charged $125 (50% of a $250 service) even though I contacted Kseniia ahead of time to let her know I was delayed due to a traffic accident something completely out of my control. I was already en route, traveling nearly an hour and spending $40 on an Uber to make it to my appointment. Instead of showing understanding, the technician decided to take the next client and told me I’d have to wait several hours later, even after I explained that I rely on public transportation and couldn’t safely stay that late. When I expressed that this wasn’t a fair solution, I felt disrespected and left with no choice but not to show and reroute home. To then be charged 50% for a service for a ‘no show’ and pressing me about being ‘late’ and pu
