First, I want to say the staff was very friendly, no complaints there. Today was my first visit, and I came in for a powder dip removal and a redo with a French tip, which is my usual style. The technique used was different from what I’m used to no LED lights, just a dry down but that wasn’t really the issue. I specifically asked for an almond shape, which is my normal nail shape, and since I already had it, I only needed a quick reshape and cut down on my natural nails. Unfortunately, each nail came out a different shape some looked like a chunky oval, and my thumb was filed down so badly on one side that the tech had to add acrylic to rebuild it. RUN FROM THIS SALON. Don’t Waste Your Time or Money. If I could rate this salon a 0, I would! I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure and left completely frustrated. The only good part of my visit was the pedicure — the woman who did it was fantastic and thorough. Unfortunately, the manicure was a disaster. The gel polish was bubbling, uneven, and didn’t cover my full nail. When I politely asked the technician to fix it, she got visibly annoyed and blamed the condition on my nails being “too short” even though I’ve never had this issue at other salons with gel polish on natural nails. Worse, she dismissed my concerns and sucked her teeth at me multiple times, which was completely unprofessional. To top it off, the pricing kept changing: first $70, then $80, and finally they charged me

I recently had a fantastic deluxe manicure and pedicure. My skin was SUPER soft when I left after many treatments and the extended massages were divine. Highly recommend and worth the price!

I came to this nail salon for convenience since it’s close to my house. I usually go to L Nails but decided to try this place. On my first visit, I got a manicure and pedicure, but the person didn’t properly remove my ingrown toenails, which became painful after two weeks. I returned to have them fixed and got a gel manicure, but the polish changed color the next day. Since I was on vacation, I couldn’t go back right away. When I returned, the manager offered to fix it, but the experience was uncomfortable. She almost yelled in Vietnamese to her colleagues about my situation, making me feel uneasy.
