Avoid! I came in stating that I wanted a completely new set of French-tipped nails. The lady started to file off the top layers of the old gel on top of my natural nails, then said she couldn’t completely remove them. She stopped and left me with hideous, half-removed nails covered in chemicals as I sat there, shocked. I had a Gift Certificate, so perhaps she didn’t find it worth working for, since it’s already paid for, even though I would’ve had to pay extra. My nails looked 100× worse than when I walked in, and am literally left hunting for another, more competent nail salon now.

You may want to skip this place. For 5 years I had my pedicure done by Divine Nail Salon on Foothill Blvd in La Verne. At Divine Nails the pampering and skill set was top notch for the $18 price tag. They recently closed and so I did a walk in with this Nail Lounge salon today. I now regret that. For $22 you get a super light touch on every aspect of this pedicure process. I don’t know how but I left bleeding on the cuticle of one big toe. They do not - repeat, do not sterilize their instruments after each use. I witnessed them placing the used tool back into a plastic box where my cuticle nipper came out of. I am pretty sure I got a used tool. Appalling practices and a health hazard! My mother and I walked in and we noticed that all 3 of the workers were working on 3 other ladies but we didn't mind waiting initially. It was until one of the workers immediately said upon us entering, "We can't serve you. We are busy." She didn't even ask us what we came in for first. Both my mother and I are Black women so this didn't land on us right. The lady then got my mom's name and what we were both coming in for after we stood there for awhile and asking for a waiting time estimate. After she took my mom's name, she gave us a huge estimated time of 1 hour. We couldn't even wait in the other available chairs. And we didn't feel like we could wait in the waiting area. Ultimately, we didn't feel welcomed and went somewhere else.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. PASS IT UP GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. My last Mani for daughter's wedding i got tips to lengthen then gel. Loni i think her name left gaps between tips and nails and as you know FUNGUS DID grow. They have NO concern of good quality 3 separate times with me. I was a returning customer they have No integrity. Then they wanted me to pay them to take them off I REFUSED. Only one person on staff is worthwhile her name is Thu. The quality is continuing to decline and WAY OVERPRICED.
