Nail Lounge at Millenia

I asked for short, rolled nails and ended up with extremely thick nails. When I complained, the woman was extremely aggressive. They were charging me extra for a service they didn't provide, and when they verified that I hadn't actually received it, they didn't even apologize. I don't recommend them.

Literally the worst experience. Came for simple gel mani pedi. The manicurist rushed through my pedicure used cold water whatever. Asked for OPI funny bunny nail polish and she laughed and said it was for old ladies. Mind you she pulled out the most crusty dusty bottle of nail polish and struggled to put it on because it was thick. Stopped her after she couldn't even paint one nail with it and she got upset saying Im wasting her time since I want to change the color. She was so rough with my cuticles that they bled and had multiple little cuts. Told her to use opi bubble bath instead and tried to mix the color with pink to make her own color I didnt ask for. Proceeded to rush manicure since it was close to closing and smudged my nails in multiple places and tried to use oil to smooth over

Anna is professional and friendly, would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a quality acrylic set and manicure. Her technique is clean, careful and she do a lot of nails designs. Her work is amazing, and I’ll absolutely coming back!

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. I asked for a simple square shape, but ended up with bulky, uneven nails that looked more like a trapezium. The nail tech didn’t ask any clarifying questions or check in during the process, and it was clear we weren’t on the same page. There was a big communication gap, and unfortunately, the result just wasn’t what I wanted. A total waste of a completely good $60.

I wasn’t happy with the nails I received. I originally wanted aura nails(pictured below of example), but the nail tech couldn’t do them. However, she only admitted she couldn’t do them after an hour of trial and error. So then I had to find a last minute design with some help from her. But it didn’t turn out as good or even close to the picture she used for reference. Originally I was told I would pay about 65-75 dollars. Instead I paid 90 dollars, the line work was not great and I don’t feel like I got my moneys worth. I don’t see myself coming back in the future.
