NAIL LAB - Luxury Nail Bar

To be honest, it is expensive. I mean it will cost you an arm & leg. So if you have any spare ones be sure to bring one to your appointment. BUT it is worth it. The atmosphere gives luxurious vibes, and the shop is clean and modern. They also offer wine, mimosas, or non alcoholic drinks. My real review is for Eric, he has done my nails 3 times and all 3 times I’ve been overly satisfied. Book him!! Just don’t book on the days I need to book! Ok!?

As soon as I walked in, the front desk person was rude and dismissive toward me. They rushed through everything and didn’t take the time to actually listen to what I was asking for. I felt completely ignored, and in the end, I didn’t receive the service I requested or paid for. The quality was terrible, and I’m extremely disappointed that I spent $77 just for my nails to be ruined. On the left Is what i asked for on the right is what i got _____________________________ The owner at Nail Lab did a great job. This time my needs were fully met, and I loved every part of the service. He gave me exactly what I asked for and made sure everything was done perfectly. I’m very happy with how my nails turned out and truly appreciate the quality of work. I will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful nail salon where you can relax, receive excellent service, and get the quality work you deserve! I highly recommend it. They also have a bar with complimentary drinks and fantastic customer service! I was visiting the city, and my sister recommended this place, so I went in the morning with my daughters and sisters, and I loved the service so much that I went back in the afternoon with my husband to get pedicures. I highly recommend it!

I’m not sure how they have 4.5 stars. It’s also worth noting that when I went to leave my original review, reviews were paused by google due to a suspicious amount of high and fake reviews. I had high hopes walking into this place based on recommendations I received but I truly received the worst customer service and manicure ever. I had an appointment at 5pm and when I walked in they acted like I was an inconvenience. My pedicure was rushed, however, not the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. My manicure was absolutely awful. She didn’t take all of the gel from my previous manicure off and it was 2 incredibly light coats. After a few days, the gel started fading and turning almost an orange color. I’ve never had this happen. Because I wasn’t in town, I couldn’t go back to have it fixed. I wou
