What a Clifton Park gem! We walked in on a Friday afternoon and had a wonderful experience. The owner (?) was very professional and friendly. Superb customer service. Very clean and exceptionally well organized.

I went in yesterday for a mani/pedi with my mom and we both LOVED the experience. The pedicure was perfect, both Milk & Honey, and we both got to relax + read our books with no problem. After, our nails were the extra real treat... I asked for a Fall look and JoJo DELIVERED!!! I got Builder Gel with Design for reference. I attached photos so everyone can see how talented the artists are, and to see her excellent work! Also the music played is good so it made the experience overall better :) We will both be going back!

Went in for a gel pedicure last week and it was one of the best pedicures I’ve ever received! Went back in this evening for a full set with ANC. Reasonably priced, friendly staff, and relaxing experience. Highly recommend!

Recently, my child and I went to Nail Lab in Clifton Park for what I hoped would be a relaxing pedicure experience. The facility is very clean, and it is clear the new owners are maintaining a nice environment, which initially gave us a positive impression. Unfortunately, the experience declined significantly as the appointment went on. The pedicure took nearly two hours, which was excessive and made the visit far from relaxing. My child was not happy with the pedicure, and the technician removed extra skin along the sides of the toes, which caused discomfort later that evening. After returning home, I noticed my nail polish had smeared and the callus removal was half done. The staff ensured me that was normal even though I know that’s not correct.
