When I was there the guy that did my nails left huge gaps in between the fake nail and my real nail. There was black smudges on my tan nails that he refused to fix. The side of my nail paint is coming off. I am a paying customer my nails should never look like this!! Sad part is a am a friendly customer that always gives generous tips but I’m done with this establishment after today. It’s been too many times but what made me really mad is these was supposed to be my New Years nails and I wanted diamonds on them but I changed my mind! They will never get a dollar from me again!!
Best in Northside. Id go see them and get a great price.
My daughter and I have been going to Nail First for years! They make sure we are satisfied with our service before leaving . ..
