Nail Envy Plus

I usually do not like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience here was very disappointing. I went to this salon to get a simple manicure and pedicure with plain black nail polish on my fingers and toes and simple design that they agree they can do. There was no further design requested, nothing complicated, just basic color. However, I was charged the same price as if I had done nail art or a design, which I found very unfair. On top of that, I ended up getting different nails and was asked to pay extra. I trusted the service at the time and paid, but the situation became even more frustrating when I got home and noticed that one of my nails had already chipped the same day. My first time coming to Nail Envy Plus for a gel pedicure and they did an absolute amazing job. Ashley was amazing she did my gel spa pedicure, and did a wonderful job wasn’t rushed at all. When walking into the nail salon loved to see how clean it was, and everyone was very welcoming! I will definitely be returning to Nail Envy plus!

This is the relocation of the Nail Envy that was on Francis Lewis. This location is a bit bigger than the previous one and a lot more modern and stylish with the interior. Parking is ample although it’s meter paid. Q12 and Q13 bus stops right near the salon so it is very accessible with transit. Donna and her crew is always fabulous with their profession and very friendly to the customers. They treat you well with massages and the nail jobs are fantastic. Prices are acceptable with today’s economy and it’s well worth it. Lots of ample seating inside if you are a guest and waiting. Great place for a nail job!

This is now my new favorite nail salon! The ladies are so nice and polite and they really do an excellent job in cleaning the nails. I highly recommend the foot spa if you are to get pedicure.
