I purchased a Groupon for Bayside Spa, and overall I had a really good experience. Scheduling was super easy, they were very accommodating with open availability. Parking was also decent, which I appreciated. When I first walked in, no one was at the front desk, but someone came out right away, so that wasn’t an issue. One thing I didn’t love: the Groupon did not mention any additional taxes or fees, but when I arrived, I was told there was an extra $10 charge for taxes. I feel that should be disclosed upfront so customers can plan accordingly. That part definitely caught me off guard. I booked a full body scrub with massage, and overall the service was good. I had an incredible experience at Bayside Day Spa. Zoe was very sweet, friendly, and kind.I got a facial and my skin looked absolutely amazing afterward—clear, glowing, and refreshed. Zoe was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and clearly an expert at what she does. She took the time to understand my skin and tailored the treatment perfectly. I left feeling relaxed and so happy with the results. Highly recommend! It was the best facial I’ve ever had. I will definitely go back to book more sessions with them!

My back was really sore today, so I came in for a one-hour massage. I received the best service and an amazing massage. I feel so much better now.

So amazing! The massage was great and the prices are too! My masseuse was very thorough in the massage even though I could only do 30 minutes this time. The place is clean and has a relaxed ambiance. Staff is professional and friendly. I will definitely be coming back to get a full hour and would love to try reflexology. Bring cash to avoid being charged a processing when paying with card. So worth it!
