Nail Envy

Had a terrible experience here. Not a clean place at all. Terrible customer service and they speak badly about customers. They thought I couldn’t understand their language but I did. I had gone in for a pedicure and a gel manicure. My pedicure was 10 mins long. I had shown specifically what design I wanted which was a red French tip. The girl was not trained properly and didn’t know how to do it. My nails came out horrible I started to cry and they just laughed at me. I have a special occasion which now I don’t feel pretty nor relaxed. I came out more stressed than I was. Nobody helped me they just didn’t care. My nails dont even look the same this is the worst thing that can happen when all you’re trying to do is look good. I will post the picture that I had shown them. & apparently askin

Had a full set done and he did such a great job! I had made an appointment online and he was able to help me right away as I arrived. I showed a picture of what I wanted and he totally executed what I had in mind. He always checked to make sure that I liked it, which was nice. I was in and out in under an hour. Thanks so much!!! I’ll be going back here when I’m in the downtown LA area for sure.

I got a a dip powder manicure with tips and I loved it! Thank you to Patrick for being attentive to detail and for his patience when applying the sunflower decals. Beyond happy, hope they last long! 6/27/20 Went in for a full set and a gel pedicure and honestly I don’t think I’ll be going back again. My greatest pet peeve when getting my nails done is the nails not blending in with the cuticle. It literally looks like I need a fill; it’s also very lumpy 😫. Person doing my nails was rushed. I’ll probably be going elsewhere today to have them removed. If I return it’ll just be for a pedicure.

Nice people but unfortunately the gel started to splitter off the very next day (big toe), on the other toes after only two and three days. I tried this because I thought it would last longer than DIY gel nails but that’s obviously not the case. I paid $50.
