Nail Elite

Incase you'd rather refrain from reading all of this, I am saying this is no longer Nail Elite and was taken over by some trash nail techs. :) To be honest, Nail Elite was one of my favorite nail salons because of the affordable and high quality care they always did with my nails and eyebrows. NOW, there's a new sheriff and I will never go back. Happy Smile or whatever they call themselves took over the salon when the previous tenants left two-three months ago and they were awful. First off, I bite my nails, its a habit that I cannot seem to shake, I have never had an issue with the countless salons that I've been too, there may have been a side comment here or there but nothing like this. I received terrible service on Friday. I hate this nail salon. The chinese man was colorist and claimed he was blackaniese because he from cherry hill. I was uncomfortable as a black woman. That man cut my finger with the emory board while shaping. He put my nails on so poorly i paid $110 dollars for a acrylic set and pedicure with two fake big toes. Both my fake big toes came off simultaneously. Saturday my right foot and Monday my left. My entire right hand acrylic is off and its Tuesday. I was on my way back to the terrible nail salon to potentially get my money back or my nails fixed and was stuck in a injurious car accident.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! Completely slow, outdated, acted as if they didn’t know what they were doing the entire time. My nails look as if a child did them, the shape is wrong, didn’t do what I asked, nail color is all over my finger tips meaning they didn’t clean up around my nails, they completely rushed through the pedicure and my fill. I would NEVER recommend coming to this place to ANYONE!

Leon is VERY METICULOUS!! Shop is always clean, products & variety plenty. Ample stations. Appointments are key but they do take walk-ins. I drive all the way from Owings Mills out here because the work is excellent and my full sets lasts a long time and look flawless for weeks.

Can’t say enough good things about the guy (Leon) who did my nails. This was my first time here and I’m so happy my friend recommended it. They were clean, courteous and friendly. Leon was extremely knowledgeable and explained the different types of nails and what he recommended for me. Instead of me having to stumble around guessing what service I should get I had an expert ready to help! He was fast yet somehow meticulous. I’ve had multiple compliments on my nails in just two days!
