Nail Dior Lounge

We came in with two young girls who were very excited to get their nails done. Unfortunately, one of the technicians made the experience uncomfortable by making ironic comments and laughing while working on one of the girls, which left her feeling embarrassed. Adults should not behave that way toward children, especially when we are paying for a professional service. Additionally, the technician who worked on me asked several personal questions about my children (their school, ages, and whether they stay home alone), which felt inappropriate and unnecessary. Thankfully, the manager handled the situation with professionalism. He fixed the manicure and made sure we left feeling better. We truly appreciated his kindness and the way he stepped in.

I have been coming to this salon for a long time to get my nails done and usually had good experiences. Today, for the first time, I brought my 11-year-old daughter and her best friend. Unfortunately, the technician who worked on my daughter did a terrible job. Even worse, she made fun of my daughter’s nail design with another client. They were laughing, and the other client even got up from her chair to look at my daughter’s nails and the design her friend chose. My daughter felt so embarrassed that she started crying. The manager later came and fixed her nails and made her feel a little better, which I appreciate. However, the experience was unacceptable. I will never return to this place and do not recommend it.

I have been coming here regularly every month for the past year now and I will continue! Everyone is very nice, but I have to shoutout Don! He is extremely nice and personable and takes so much pride in his work. He does an amazing job and he will continue to be my go-to guy!

I have been to this place before a few times over the years and wasn’t impressed. Once I got a full set before a wedding and had to go back because the gel polish wasn’t cured properly (this was in 2021). However, my brows are usually done to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, yesterday I was getting my eyebrows waxed and the wax was too hot. The waxer also had the wax on my UPPER EYELIDS and when the strip was snatched off, it hurt pretty bad. The aloe applied to my brows later burned my skin. I asked for a paper towel to wipe it off but that did not help. There was leftover wax on my brows so more hair came off than it should and left a small patch on my right brow. She didn’t use the overhead light to see my brows properly. Also the waxer dropped the tweezers on the floor and did not clean

This was my first visit here and will absolutely be my last. Everything about my trip here today was awful. My nail tech Calvin had an extremely moody vibe the whole time he was doing my nails and toes. As you can see my pedicure was done extremely poorly as my big toe is uneven/cracked and my other toe nails aren’t even close to all being the same in size. Fast forward to the worst part… me getting my new set. Well first off he didn’t soak my old set at all. He used a nail tip and ripped every other of finger nail off one by one where I feel like I had shown discomfort that was ignored multiple times. I showed him an inspirational picture of exactly what I wanted(I added as the last pic on here) I wanted that nail shape and design. Yet what I got was no where even near close to the pictur
