I came in on Friday to get my hair dyed showing the stylist Aryanna a picture of how i wanted my hair dyed. I already had grown out highlights from August and i asked for a full color. I payed for the the dye and the upcharge twice for the amount of dye they would be using on my hair. When she finished it wasn’t what i asked for but it didn’t look bad until i saw it in the light. I specifically made it clear multiple times i didn't want my hair to be brassy or orange at all and she agreed and said okay. I saw my hair in the natural sunlight and there are streaks of orange all over my hair. On top of that they ran out of hair dye remover so i left the salon with hair dye all over my hairline. I went back on Monday and asked for a refund and to get the refund for the hair i don’t like they b

In all my years there has never been a stylist who has conquered my curls with product and a blow dryer. Everyone thinks I had a perm. Nope, it is a fabulous cut and stunning styling job. You won’t be disappointed with Natalie.

Very relaxing. Emma was professional and nice to talk to, but did not force a conversation which i appreciate! Visiting the salon is an experience in itself, and I like to have the option to relax in quiet while getting pampered. She was communicative and did a wonderful job with my curly cut. It was exactly what I wanted. She also went above and beyond checking products for my allergens. I really appreciate the time she took to prepare for my appointment! Definitely recommend and will return.

If you’re looking for a curly hair expert, Emma is the one! I just had my first appointment with her and was so impressed by her knowledge. She gave me a beautiful cut and walked me through a personalized haircare routine with tips that really make a difference. Such a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Would not recommend. Spent $330+ and got the opposite of what I asked for. Wanted highlights/balayage prior to my honeymoon, and did not want a noticeable difference in length. My hair is almost exactly the same color and at least 4” shorter (I measured). Just shocked tbh. Stylist was super sweet so I hate to leave this review but if it saves someone from 1/2 day and hundreds of dollars… sorry. Have to be honest. I’m all about paying for a good cut/color but this was paying for the opposite of what I wanted and I just can’t 😭 Plus side - they have wine. So there’s that. 🤷🏻‍♀️
