2 stars is generous. I’ve been a customer for years, but unfortunately, the quality of service has consistently declined with each visit. About three weeks ago, I received a gel full set of acrylics and a regular pedicure, both of which I was satisfied with—my total was $75. However, during my most recent visit, I came in for a basic fill and requested a simple corner-line design using fine-tip polish. I scheduled an appointment the day prior and arrived promptly at 9:30 a.m. when the salon opened. Despite this, Nina rushed through the service to the point that I had to ask her to correct multiple areas. I work construction and my feet feel brand new !! Brought my girls to get there feet and nails done too. Aboutlety love Jennifer and the staff here. We will definitely be returning well worth the money and awesome massage chairs!

If you want to get your nails done in a place with quality nail polish, services and that focuses on you this is not the place to go. They have absolutely no regard for their walk-in list, they basically won't even acknowledge you when you come in whatsoever. Wait times are extremely long, they don't focus on you at all and bounce back and forth between clients. They have no actual nice name brand nail polish it's all very cheap streaky. Staff is rude with no regard to your time or needs. Update: I left this honest review over a very bad experience but had to come back because I have a gift card, they refused service then shoved their phone in my face regarding my honest review when I was confused about being refused service. Absolutely HORRIBLE shop.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish..They did an excellent job and she was.so pleasant to talk to.

nina was severely rough , horrible service , made me bleed , left nail polish all over my fingers , seemed to be in a hurry sat and waited for 45 minutes just to be attended to.
