I brought my client here to get a haircut, The stylist took her time, was very thorough and professional and patient with my client! Will most definitely be coming back to her!! We had stylist Essence! She was very very nice! Will definitely be bringing my client back to her! Paul loved his haircut!

I asked for a low taper fade with some texture and keep most the bulk in the sides, I got a high fade and got all my bulk taken off and they cut my bangs shorter(didn't ask for that) and was pulling my hair aggressively would not recommend this place

I had my hair cut 3/1/26 here in hermitage, crystal is who cut my hair,she did a fantastic job exactly the way I requested, and she took her time, thanks crystal

Great place for a hair cut, took my 3 boys and myself to get a cut. They did a great job, I had Crystal and she did a phenomenal job. Definitely will be back for future hair cuts

Fiona she is horrible. At the first time few months ago the old staffs were wonderful and professional. But the last week I had Horrible experience, The staff name FIONA was horrible, bad mood, don't care what the clients request. I hate back home and repair the horrible work. Sincerely if don't want offer good quality, stay home. I really don't recommend that place. Now, I'm waiting my hair grow and I'll look for a good Professional.
