I love how my nails came out same as the picture I show them I love it better than others salons

Needed a place to get my nails done since I’m new to the area. Please ignore the bad reviews and ask for Marissa. I received a gel manicure and she did an excellent job. So glad I walked in to check it out despite the bad reviews.

I showed up for my appointment at 10:00 a.m. . The person's apparently in charge, was very cold and condescending. After telling me to take a seat, the two unoccupied technicians continue to have a conversation while totally ignoring me. I couldn't take a seat because the chairs there are not ADA compliant. They are too low for anybody with any kind of hip issues. So while standing there I got more and more frustrated. Finally I just turned around and walked out. Totally not the kind of place an elderly person would want to go. Between the attitude, and the keeping you waiting while they chat, is just very rude, cold, and disrespectful. I certainly will not try again at this place.

Horrible experience. Took my 4 year old granddaughter and was subject to rap music that repeatedly used the f word and to make it even better they included songs with Mf. This was being played the whole time. I asked our nail tech who didn’t speak to us nor engaged my granddaughter at all to talk to the manager and they turned the music off. Then the manager came out and instead of apologizing she told me she doesn’t need customers like me. Real class place.

I called to setup an appointment for a wax and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes. The owner and her other staff member put their jackets on and started cleaning up the shop. They were people in this shop receiving services and they never called me back for my wax because they didn't want to service me. These people are ignorant, rude, ghetto, and unprofessional. They think of themselves not others they ran a good customer away and I wont refer anyone to go here they are pathetic and disrespectful. They have no customer service skills,
