I had such an amazing experience at Nail Culture. From start to finish, everything felt welcoming and stress free. The music playlist was on point, the space was super organized, and the staff was very professional. They were incredibly flexible and even let me pay over the phone with my card, which I really appreciated. They also allowed me to eat before my appointment and were totally understanding when I arrived about 15 minutes late (life happens 😅). Jessica did my toes beautifully and truly took care of me. I felt so relaxed. Jilly, who answered the phone, made me feel right at home from the very first call. And the owner, Tweety, is AMAZING and makes sure everyone is comfortable and taken care of. I always come here with my whole family. They are excellent at what they do and the nails always last sooo long. Nail culture is the best! And they always accommodate me with last minute walk ins 💕

Customer service was friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, the manicure experience wasn’t good. I’ve never been to a salon where my cuticles were cut so aggressively, my nails were sore for three days afterward. I paid $39 for a gel manicure and honestly regret it. I previously went to a nail salon just a couple of minutes away that charges $25 for a gel manicure and had no issues at all. There are still small scabs on my nails from this visit. This was my personal experience, but perhaps other nail techs here are more gentle.

I went to Nail Culture Wynwood for the first time yesterday for a mani/pedi, and had a great experience! Tweety took amazing care of me, her service was excellent, friendly, and perfectly efficient from start to finish. The experience was flawless, and I couldn’t have been happier. Whether you’re male or female, this place delivers first-class nail care and top-notch service. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back.

I got my nails done here about 2 weeks ago and they still look perfect! Jillian was nice and she works fast which is a plus bc im super impatient. Nice to find a place who does nails well at a decent price.
