Jhen (Filipino)has been my nail tech for years. She is amazing. Her cousin Michele usually does my pedicure. She is very good as well. Both are sweet and speak fluent English. We chat during my services. Thank u Nail Creations 😊

The atmosphere is great. My pedicure lady was amazing. My nail tech was nice but she cut two of my fingers when filing them down. I asked for my nails to be curved and that didn't happen. Some of my nails aren't polished all the way. One nail, the acrylic is over the nail onto the finger. The back of the nail has extra gel on it. For my nails to be $100 alone this should not be.

I used to love going here bc they are so nice. But the last few times I have gone I wasn't happy with my nails. A few weren't painted to the edges, one peeled up on the edge, and i felt like the tech rushed to get them done. I was also going to get a pedicure- which they normally start at the same time permitting they have someone available- but this time they didn't. After my nails were done, they sat my in a pedicure spot and said it would be a couple minutes. I sat for about 35 minutes and it didn't look as though anyone would be starting soon, so I dried my feet off and let them know I didn't act to wait any longer.

So I found this spot on google and it is amazing! It smells so good and the customer service is excellent. Ethan did my nails he is good at shaping and he listens. Ivy did my pedicure she has a soft touch and got my toes together. Check out the kool slippers they give you! She also does good nails I watched her do the women next to me nails. This place is clean and organized. I do recommend to everyone if you haven't been here before.
