Nail Couture & Pedispa IV

Wow! I just got back from getting a pedicure and I am so pleased that I had to write a review. The staff were friendly and the experience was very calming. Melody was so sweet and truly listened to what I wanted. I will be back!

No wait time at all. Andy did the best job on my nails! He was very careful with the details and made them look so good! Will definitely be coming back again!

My girlfriend and I have come here twice. For pedicures both times, once last Thanksgiving, and once a couple of weeks ago in early May. I would never review a nail salon based on one experience, but now that it has been two, I feel that I can share my experience. It’s funny, because I’m wearing the exact same outfit in both visits! This is a four star review, mostly because my nails look great. There were a couple of hiccups, as some other people have mentioned. There is not a lot of English been spoken, but I have never held that against anybody anywhere in any situation. As long as we try to communicate. Went in for a walk in mani pedi. Was immediately seen and the workers were very nice. Throughly enjoyed my pedi! Very relaxing and very well done. I have zero complaints there. Where it went wrong was my nails. I had acrylics on that were three weeks old. I just wanted them to be taken off and to have a regular manicure. Nothing fancy. A younger boy came over and began filing my nails while I was still getting a pedicure. After filing, they began to soak my nails. Typical, no problem here. A man (who gave the vibe of the manager, not sure if he was though) switched out with the young boy and began filing my nails more. He then was trying to rip my acrylics off, I asked him not to. Went with my niece and daughter. My daughter got her toes painted with regular paint and the nail tech, if you want to call her that, did a horrible job. She couldn’t even paint the entire toe nail so my daughter has part of her toes not painted on some. My niece got SNS removed and they weren’t even going to soak to get them off, they were just going to remove with another nail! Then when she spoke up they got mad and moved her to soak her nails. The “nail tech” did a terrible job shaping the nails. The worst part was she was using a towel with other people’s cut nails on them- gross. 🤮 They told me one price for the paint with regular polish and then charged me nearly $20 for a job my 7 yr old could have done.
