I tried Sarga and Ashiatsu, and both were exceptional. Katherine , my therapist, was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and skilled. She took the time to understand my needs and tailor the sessions accordingly, making me feel cared for from start to finish. I had the most incredible massage with Katherine at Trinity Body Lab. She knew exactly what my body needed and worked out tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. She communicated well throughout the whole session to make sure I was comfortable and pain-free. She is an amazing therapist - intuitive, skilled, and calming.
