Nail City

I used to come here always to make my nails done! They raised the price every time I come back. Last time I did refill and my nails broke the same day, when my nails before the refill weren’t broke. I came to fix the nail and they charge me 5 per nail and I pay it because it was a rare thing. Same day I have more nails broke and I didn’t carry any weight or made rough things I just was doing my make up. I came back today to see if they can fix the other nails without paying and they try to charge me again 5 per nail and I disagree with that and feel completely unsatisfied with they service. I decided to not come back again. Plus, my nails were done 2 days before and didn’t look good. 😣😫😠

This place is trash. Worst nails I ever had! Nails are poorly shaped and applied, they make your cuticles bleed and don’t properly sterilize their tools. Save your money and go elsewhere. Horrible place.

My nails were terrible the price was too high for what they did and just for my gel hands it was $30. They didn’t even take out my cuticles correctly and barely filed them. I will never do my nails here again!

Please know that this review reflects my personal experience. I recently went to this nails salon with my best friend. Since I do not have a babysitter, we went with my 2 year old daughter and my friend's 7 year old son. First off, when we got there we were told to wait and communicating with the staff through the whole process was so confusing. The looks of the staff towards my daughter was unpleasant to say the least. My daughter is no angel but she is a child and as a single parent I expect people to be respectful and understandable. We both got full set acrylics with get nail polish. I paid $68.00 plus tips. As a woman doing her nails for more that 15 years now, I have never seen nail techs finish a full set of nails so quickly. They treated me very bad there today! I asked when I got there can you do this design? Yeah yeah do you have this color?yeah yeah so when I came to it they didn’t have the color and the owner didn’t know how to do the design so he put another color that was horrible I have been going to them for years but today was the worse time so the wife said I’ll do it I told her phrase take off this color she says no pic another one I’ll it over then she started complaining in her language I’m like what happend?
