Nail City

This is my first time here. Was in and out in 40 minutes with a full set of builder gel. Bumpy, already chipping. It’s been two days. They’re very thin. I won’t be surprised if they don’t last. Not worth $65. The polish was also not the polish I asked for. They just picked one similar.

Love there services. I have been coming here for 2 years. I am pretty difficult when dealing with my nails. They are very nice. Bella make sure when I leave I am happy. I strongly recommend Nail city. Bella is very nice at designing. There are others that does well too.

I walked out. Terrible service. The gentleman doing my pedicure cut my cuticles dry and did a poor job of shaping the nails. The mail tech doing my hands was incredibly I observant and was on his phone from the moment I sat down. I had to point out to him as the consumer that my previous nails were lifting as he was just about to lay new powder down and no take off the parts that were lifting, then continued to argue with me that my nails were “old”. They were 3.5 weeks old. My nails lift because I’m rough with my hands at work, I expect them to lift but this was my first and last time here, went for the location convenience but learned the hard way I’m better going the distance for a trusted place. Their tools do not sit in incubators after or between customers. Very unclean. Save yoursel

I got a gel mani and pedi everyone was really really nice and the guy that did my nails definitely was good at massaging but the rest was not what I've experienced when going to other places for my nails I had medium length nails and he cut them as short as they would go all the way down, I was left with barely any nails and the nail Polish doesn't go all the way to the edges For what's left of them Definitely looks like I have stubby man nails I feel as if I wasted my money I don't think I'll be back but they were nice and maybe he's just starting out I did let them know I wasn't very happy with it and they apologized but it still wasn't worth my $75 and two hours of my time Disappointed She tried to sit me down saying she would fix them but I'm Not sure how u can make them grow back lon

I had a younger girl who did not speak English do my pedicure (not that that’s a problem, just trying to identify her) she did amazing with my pedicure! She removed all the dead skin off my heels and my feet were smooth for like a month. Very nice massage too. I ended up going somewhere else with a friend for my other pedicure and they did not do as good of a job.
