First time and certainly plan on going back! McKenna reached out before my appt to discuss what approach to take with my hair since I am pregnant which I really appreciated and found to be so thoughtful. Once I arrived she was so friendly from hello to goodbye and I absolutely love how she fixed my hair. She even had pics of her own to show me to make sure I liked what she was suggesting we do. 10/10 recommend McKenna to anyone looking for a stylist that genuinely takes the time to listen, discuss, and does great with your hair! My stylist is Emily but all of the stylists at BX are wonderful. It’s always a very welcoming environment where you feel like family. The team look out for one another & each other’s clients. I adore this salon. Nikita always does a fantastic job with my hair and everyone there is SO nice and welcoming. I recently moved out of the area and will HAPPILY continue driving out of my way to continue getting my hair done here!

Emily is phenomenal. She was the makeup artist for my wife on our wedding day + her four bridesmaids, and two mothers. She took the time to understand exactly what my wife wanted and made her feel comfortable stating her opinions. She highlighted my wife's features perfectly and made her feel beautiful. My wife said Emily was a pleasure to be around during the wedding morning - my wife & and her bridesmaids looked stunning! I cannot recommend Emily enough!
