Nail Chic

I walked in today for a pedicure and gel manicure. The lady was extremely rough with my feet and generally in a rush. She rushed through the entire process. She didn't even give me my manicure she just put gel polish on my nails. I still have hang nails. Many of my nails were still rough and I had to file them myself after already addressing it with the lady. The only plus side is that I didn't have to wait and she was quick. My visit was not relaxing, and I didn't receive the services I paid for. Go here if you're ok with speedy mediocre service.

I came in to get help with a polish issue I couldn't remove from my real nails. The polish was a organic breathable polish that was considered safe yet no polish remover would work to remove it. Ms. Jenny tried her polish remover and it still didn't come off. She then took the time to manage to buff it all off and she was able to remove it all from my nails! Then she finished my real nails beautifully! She is talent! Real talk she's amazing and her manner is a 10 outta 10!

The ladies in here are so amazing! 10 out of 10 stars I would absolutely recommend mani pedi days here and I watched them with a8-9

I walked in and they seemed like they didn’t want our business. They told us it would be an hour wait due to previous appointments, but the shop was basically empty. We came in midday, hours before closing, but the nail-tech tried to talk us out of getting the serviced or to comeback closer to closing hours. I guess because we didn’t look like their regular cliental. We didn’t have to put up with that, there are to many nail shops in Baton Rouge. We went to another nail spa in the area, that was more upscale and happy to have our business. I’m glad we did not settle for lackluster service. RULE #1: MONEY SPENDS ANYWHERE!

Gel manicures here are great but I think their pedicures leave a lot to be desired. No attention to detail on the feet and left with smudges and chips because the top coat was put on before the polish was even dry underneath. Didn't really address my heels either, as is standard for pedicures.
