I’ve been getting my nails done for 30 years. This is the worst place I have ever used. I was visiting in Auburn Alabama and needed to get a nail repair and a refill. The stylus was so rude. I’d if he didn’t have my hand I would’ve gotten nothing left. He ended up getting acrylic material all over my fingers my hands and I couldn’t get it all off. It was terrible. I wish I had not paid. I will never go back again and don’t waste your time.

My favorite place in Auburn because of how quickly they work. Never a wait and can get in and out in 40 minutes with a full set and a toenail color change.

I'm very disappointed with the pedicure that was provided for me. The young man that did my pedicure did a rush job. He told me to come back and he would redo it. I came back but the quality of the work he provided was not good. They are too pricey for the services provided. I have been here several times but after this last incident I do not plan to return.They also charge a fee if you use a credit or debit card 🤔.

I had a terrible experience last week with a gentleman there. I asked him to help me choose a polish color based on a photo and he became very agitated and rude. He told me I had plenty of time to choose and that he would not help me. Normally I have decent experiences at this salon. I am not one to leave reviews even when they are bad, however, he was so ugly I left upset without getting my nails done. This place is conveniently located to me and I would rather drive across town after this experience. Very rude. Very unprofessional. After driving across town, the other salon was pleased to assist! Would not recommend!

Not very welcoming. They rush you in and out and get agitated very quickly if you take longer than 2 seconds to choose a color. I paid $28 for a pedicure just to have it rushed and the lady acted as if she really didn’t feel like doing it. Her attitude was not the best. I paid for a manicure and the paint quickly bubbled. I use this location because it is next to Publix but today will be my last visit. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless their attitudes and customer service and them caring to actually do a good job changes. I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here.
