Nail Bar and Spa - Short Pump

First time being in the nail bar and they were very welcoming and broke down prices. By far the best customer service EVER! Nancy was amazing when it came to matching a picture with her own style of choosing the colours. I will be definitely coming back!

This was my first time in a while getting a full set of nails, and it was an amazing experience! Very relaxing, and they were very clear when breaking down the prices and options. Alina did a beautiful job with my nails, and I would love to come back.

Jessica is my absolute favorite. She does poly gel on my nails that lasts 3-4 weeks and looks amazing. She is gentle with the drill and makes sure every nails comes out perfectly. Ivy and Kim do amazing pedicures and always take care of my husbands pedicure too!!

I am giving 2 stars because the staff was honestly lovely and I received some wine. They also had availability for me so I was grateful. My pedicure was good. However the prices are…. Very high. It’s an extra $15 for pink or nude acrylic…. Clear is standard I’ve never heard of this EVER. My nails were applied while the tech standing up while I finished my pedi. She also placed very loose thin beads of acrylic on and I had to tell her to add more as my nails were still bending with a layer on already…. They are lean, thin and my cuticles are flooded with polish in my cuticles and on skin. Also not square. Different lengths on the nails and there is no apex they are gonna break or fall off. I feel cheated on the price. I do wish I could have them removed. I am grateful for the kindness show
