From the moment she greeted me and introduced herself to the "final reveal" after my facial was complete, she was professional, personable, informative, respectful and in tune to my needs and preferences. My skin was and still is glowing! Cat listened to my concerns, shared what she identified "under the light", provided options for what would help and asked me what I'd like done. She explained the products and techniques she'd be using throughout the process. She provided recommendations for follow-up care without a hint of sales pressure. I've been going to Chris D. for years. He's one of the best massage therapists in the city. Thoughtful, intuitive, and incredibly effective — I always feel relaxed and genuinely better in my body. Be careful. I just left there and did not realize that a gift card I received had a one year expiration from not quite a month ago written in small print. I made it clear that I would be willing to upgrade it to a more expensive service which means more cost AND in addition, purchase another gift card for well over $100 so I could give that as a gift. I was told that they could not upgrade the one I currently have. Very poor business decision for them, but oh well… PS I was also willing to give them a second chance after once having a bad experience when my technician talked non-stop the entire time during my facial. Booked with Sahen for a massage and he was amazing!!! I was very tight and sore coming in. I explained everything that was going on with my back and talked to him about pressure. He listened and asked during the process if everything was ok. Afterwards he told me that my muscles were very tight and sore which they were since I been having back pain. He told me to soak in Epson salt that night. I felt soo relieved soon as he was done. I definitely recommend him. Also I joined their membership so he definitely will be seeing me more often.
